Extended Stay America Suites- Rochester - North

This place is awesome! Mike and his entire staff are amazing and go way above and beyond….they are selfless, caring and dedicated to making this a home away from home. The staff will have you feeling like part of the family before the end of your stay. Veteran friendly and non-judgmental and professional. Great location and seems to be a very safe neighborhood in general.

Let me tell you the staff is amazing and friendly. I'm a traveling nurse, and the manager and the whole staff take care of you when you're not at home. They make you feel at home here. You won't be disappointed. Also, they will work with you about your room and service. Take it from me. I travel for work, and I have been to places that seem great but are not. But here you are home.

The staff are very kind and hospitable. They will always help you if you need anything. There is a free shuttle service to Mayo Clinic and rooms have a non-smoking policy to protect the health of Mayo patients. The rooms are good as well. Would definitely recommend.

We have been staying with Extended Stay for the past 5 years as we have received medical care through MAYO Clinic. They have accommodated our large animals without question. Our rooms have always been clean and the beds are comfortable and the staff is wonderful. See you next time.

My mother in law had to stay in Rochester for 6 weeks while she did her chemo and radiation so we decided to get this hotel as it was cheap and we just needed somewhere to sleep while we were back and forth to appointments. Before arriving we read all of the reviews which scared us a little being two woman out here but when we came here we couldn’t understand why the reviews were mostly all negative. It was the most peaceful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Very convenient as Walmart and target is down the street, Kwik trip is right across the street and anywhere else you need is probably close by! When we got here we ordered (free) dish packages to be able to cook with and they brought them right up immediately. Rooms are pretty nice honestly and it’s very quiet inside and out, even at midnight when we would go outside for walks or just to enjoy fresh air. Anyone who is out there is harmless and friendly! There is nobody out there that looks sketchy and it certainly is not loud at all. We were planning to stay for a week only but chose to extend our stay because we couldn’t believe how nice it was there. People are very friendly there too. We appreciated everything while we stayed there and couldn’t be more happy that we chose a nice place to stay while we fight this! Reviews are like book covers, easy to judge but I promise if you are looking for what we were, it’s the perfect place for you! Give them a try and you’ll love it!

Needed a pet friendly place to stay for three weeks near the Mayo Clinic. Everything you need and I can't say enough good things about the staff here. Incredible people running this hotel and during a vulnerable time, their hospitality meant the world. Definitely recommend staying here.

Mike and his staff are the epitome of customer service excellence. The room was nice and clean. The room had two desk and two chairs which was perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a short stay until we got our apartment. The staff is great and friendly. I stay there is few times and will recommend it to my family and friends.
